Adaptogenic Rose–Cardamom Digestive Milk

Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened almond or oat milk
½ tsp cardamom
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp fresh grated ginger (or a pinch dried)
1 tsp rose water
½ tsp ashwagandha powder
1 tsp raw honey (add after heating)
Small pinch mineral salt
instructions
Warm the milk gently on the stove. Add spices and ashwagandha and simmer on low for 5–7 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in rose water and honey. Sip slowly, seated, without distraction.
