Rewriting Midlife Together is a three-month, small-group retreat series created to offer a different experience: one rooted in clarity, compassion, community, and deep support.
This intimate program brings together a psychologist, a naturopathic physician, a nutritionist, and me—your guide for nervous system regulation through holistic esthetics, Ayurveda, and yoga. I’m honored and genuinely excited to collaborate with such a thoughtful team. Together, we offer an integrative and truly whole-person approach to this season of life.
