At Marma Holistic, I offer holistic facials rooted in nervous system balance, Ayurvedic wisdom, and intentional touch. I believe beauty begins with the nervous system—when it feels supported, at ease, and regulated. As we slow down and truly arrive in the body, the skin softens, circulation awakens, and natural radiance emerges.

My practice is for those drawn to a slower, more conscious approach to skincare—those interested in well-aging, self-acceptance, and caring for the skin as part of a larger human journey. True beauty isn’t something to chase or correct; it’s something to nurture with patience, respect, and care.

As a licensed holistic esthetician and Ayurvedic health counselor, I weave Ayurvedic skincare, massage-focused facials, lymphatic therapy, botanical products, and nervous system regulation into each session. Every treatment is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and feel more at home in your skin.

In my own life, I’ve found that I look and feel my best when I’m well-rested, nourished, supported, and connected—to nature, movement, hydration, wholesome food, and moments of true rest. These simple foundations soften stress and allow grace to arise. Grace, to me, is presence, ease, and flow.

The name Marma comes from Ayurveda, referring to sacred meeting points in the body where energy, awareness, and vitality converge. These points reflect what I hope to cultivate in my work and in my life: connection—between body and mind, inner and outer, effort and ease—and a reverence for the body’s innate intelligence.

I’m deeply interested in real, human connection. In honoring individuality and the many expressions of beauty. In slowing down enough to be here—now.
