Midlife and menopause are profound thresholds—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Yet most women enter this transition alone, unsure, or carrying outdated narratives about aging and worth.

Rewriting Midlife Together is a three-month, small-group retreat series created to offer a different experience: one rooted in clarity, compassion, community, and deep support.

Join us for one day, two days, or all three.

This intimate program brings together a psychologist, a naturopathic physician, a nutritionist, and me—your guide for nervous system regulation through holistic esthetics, Ayurveda, and yoga. I’m honored and genuinely excited to collaborate with such a thoughtful team. Together, we offer an integrative and truly whole-person approach to this season of life.

Three Day-Long Retreat Sessions in Portland

Held once a month—February 20, March 6, and April 10—each full-day retreat invites you into a warm, restorative environment where you’re encouraged to learn, reflect, share, and feel deeply seen.

The cohort is intentionally small to foster genuine connection, honest conversations, and a strong sense of belonging.
