The low residual amount of caffeine in coffee waste is a gently effective way to deliver all the benefits of a good coffee scrub without the hardcore downsides of a transdermal caffeine hit. Because it contains soft textured coconut sugar instead of hard crystal edged brown sugar, this scrub is gentle enough to use on face and body without micro tearing.

RITUAL
I like to do this once a week, and, as usual with our compositions, you only need little: approximately the size of a small chestnut is heaps.
BODY SCRUB: Run the shower, grab a chestnut size piece of scrub, hop under the shower to get your skin warm, moist and open your pores. Turn shower off and start by gently by massaging the scrub into thighs and butt, increasing to a vigorous rub in circular motion.
FACE EXFOLIATION: Wet your face and massage with your favourite hydrosol or water. Massage a hazelnut size amount into the skin for a few minutes. Rinse and take of with a warm moist washcloth. Moisturise with PRECIOUS FACE OIL.
One 215ml jar holds about 15 applications for body + face, about 25 for face only.

ABOUT WHOLE PLANT EXTRACTS
All our extracts are made by sun-infusing whole plant material into early harvest virgin cold pressed biodynamic Olive oil. First harvest, unripe Olives yield a beautifully nutrient oil with spectacularly high phenolic content, which stabilises and naturally preserves not only our extracts but also our skin.
In this ancient method of bioactive botanical extraction, we co-infuse all the compositions botanicals together, so they commune and synergise, enhancing each other's potency and bioavailablity.
Each plant component has a specific purpose that is intrinsically linked to other compounds. There is massive evidence now that synergistic whole plant extracts are much more powerful than isolated, single components.
